If you skipped images, especially if more than one, your lines would go from being mostly solid to being dotted, and might look strange. You can try it:
Look at the startrails file in the "test" directory. |

Done this, and I prefer the skip2. Even the skip10 looks better to me than all my capture (skip0) |

I'll have to look on my PC because on my phone skip0, 1, 2, and 3 look the same. What are you trying to accomplish? |

The current star trails are too bright, it's almost a white circle.

I just added an Issue to allow stretching startrails and keograms. You should be able to decrease the brightness via a stretch. |

It would be great if we could skip n amount images to create the startrail.
As the time between images I take for the timelapse isvery small,the strartrail is to detailed. (see attachment)
