Uneven brightness of the images

Hello Team!

Does anyone know what can cause such bright images:

Hardware:
RPi Zero + RPi HQ Cam

Car headlights or the neighbors turning on their lights? Could also be a software or camera issue.

Does this happen often, or just April 22? If often, do the following:
Stop Allsky
sudo truncate -s 0 /var/log/allsky.log
Set the Debug Level to 4 in the WebUI.

when you notice it, let me know what time one of the images is bright, for example, the time for the 3rd image in the 3rd row. ATTACH (do not copy/paste) /var/log/allsky.log.

I'll look in the log file to see if something weird is happening with the code.
You can then set the Debug Level back to what you had it.
