@Alex-developer Alex, I know you were (or did?) reverse the compass images. @BobW55, when did you do your "git clone" ? |

Even the compass image is flipped when Horizontal is selected. |

Un flipped.... North is at the Top, South at the bottom East is on the Left and West on the Right. |

This is shot with my cell phone at the same location as the all sky camera looking West |

Maybe this will help. I understand that it may just be that East and West will be reversed. |

@BobW55, a camera that faces straight up only faces up, not north or south. The only thing you can really change is which direction north appears in the image, and that's done by rotating the camera or the image. My observatory camera is rotated so north is at the bottom of the image and west is on the left, only because that's what I see when I walk out my door, so it feels "natural" to me. The current compass images will be wrong for me, and you too (?), so I will ask @Alex-developer to create an additional set. Eric |

Based on your description, it sounds like you need to rotate the image by 180 degrees in order to correct the east-west orientation. Flipping the image vertically will correct the N, E, S, W orientation, but as you mentioned, it will also mirror the image. Most image editing software should have a rotate tool that will allow you to rotate the image by a specific number of degrees. You can use this tool to rotate your image by 180 degrees, which should correct the east-west orientation without mirroring the image. If you're not sure how to use the rotate tool in your particular image editing software, I would recommend checking the software's documentation or doing a quick search online for a tutorial specific to your software. |

My image shows a correct North (top) and South (bottom) Orientation, but the east west is reverse. West is on the right side of the image and should be on the left.
If I use the flip Vertical, it corrects the N, E, S W orientation but the image is mirrored.
Is there a setting to correct this?
