@khobar95 Please do the following with AWB on:
After a few exposures, attach /var/log/allsky.log. You can then reset Debug Level to what it was before. This won't fix anything, but should give me information on what's happening. Eric |

Okay, here is a log file. I did make changes to camera settings to see if they produced anything useful. At some point, things went south so I rebooted the Pi. Thanks again, |

@khobar95 On Bullseye, the "normal" Brightness is 0 and the range is -1.0 to 1.0. Try setting it to 0 for day and night. The "normal" Saturation is 1.0. 0 give a black and white image. There is no upper limit but at some point the pictures start to look weird. I don't know how those relate to Auto White Balance. |

@khobar95 Paul, I'm glad it's working. The next Allsky release will show minimum, maximum, and default that are specific to the camera model you have, so the problem you had should go away. And the WebUI will only show settings that apply to your camera, e.g., ZWO doesn't have Saturation so it won't be shown to those users. Every time a new major release of Linux comes out it gets a name like Buster, Bullseye, etc. Compared to Windows 8, 10, 11. Same idea. I'm pretty sure MacOS uses names instead of (or in addition to?) numbers. |

Is there a description how to install the development version?

@nacho3g, @WirthmU, I'm hoping we'll be ready for user testing of the new version of Allsky and the Allsky Website within a month. Thanks for your interest! |

I have a RPI-HQ cam that I'm trying to tweak, and I noticed a dramatic difference when I switch AWB on - contrast is horrible. These two shots were taken yesterday during monsoon, so it's cloudy, but the difference is striking. I turned AWB on because my clouds were coming up orange. I have been tweaking the red and blue manually, but all I've managed is to turn the shots green. Not sure where to go next. Thanks!
