HELP!!!!

Members, Ladies, Gents..... I REALLY need some help and direction.... Im about to launch this thing across the room or sell this stuff. Im about at my wits end. .... Let me explain what i would like to do. I have ALL the hardware but I DO NOT know linux or whatever the program language is....
I would like to make an Allsky camera, with a DHT22 humidity sensor to track dew point and temps etc and a 5V dew heater to keep the dome from freezing over...

I can get this camera software to work ok on my RPi4 8gb after some mucking about. I have looked through numerous posts and websites to find out how to do what I want. I have tried so many things now my head is beginning to hurt. I cant get the Adafruit_DHT library to install now for some reason. I had it in prior to my previous screw up but now it wont even install... I dont know how to get it to put the readings into a txt file for showing on the images and i dont know how to get a dewheater to come on so the dome doesnt mist up with the cold air...

I have:
RPi v4 8Gb
RPiHQ camera
500gb SSD
DHT22 sensor
12V Ring Dewheater for inside the dome in case the DHT22 wasnt suitable
1x DS18b20 Temp sensor from another project too...
3D printed frame with fitted fan
Waterproof enclosure

As you can see, I have all the bits, I just need help putting it all together and getting it working!!!

ive already had a look over this post and MANY MANY others but they all assume the person knows what they are doing and how to create certain filetypes etc..

Its going to be a frustrating road if you don't know the technical side of this...especially since you want to customize your system.

@Shand359 Do you have the Allsky portion of this working so it's taking decent pictures in the day and at night, and creating timelapse, startrails, and keograms?
I am trying to make Allsky usable by non-technical people, but I agree with @Curtis2012 that the rest of what you want will likely be frustrating unless you find someone that has done exactly what you want and has very simple instructions.

If you want to learn you'll have plenty of chances but if you want a turn-key solution you are unlikely to find it in a DIY world.
