I tried escaping the "$" with "" so that the password is now "xxx$xxxx" it does not seem to work. |

@CleverJay I haven't figured out a way to escape special characters other than "!" using the "set +H" setting in bash. I was hoping there was a bash setting to ignore ALL special characters, but I haven't found one. You can try adding "" to REMOTE_PASSWORD in config/ftp-settings.sh, for example:
If that doesn't work, try adding "\" or "\".
