Hey, thank you for the wonderful toolkit. I am running scrattch.hicat at around 100k cells, but it stocked at merge_cl step more than five days, I was wondering do you have some recommendations to speed it up? I can successfully run at subset cells, but I need to assign all cells with clusters.
