[Bug]: Hopper Glitched to null Block

What happened?

i have 2 issues

first one is the vanilla hopper desgin changed from normal one to null block one, tried everything i could do even turning off shaders, to be sure i made new hopper and it is the same null block

second issue is: JEI not organized
in my old world the jei looked like this when i search for specific word

after making new world the JEI is not organized when searching for the same word or any other recipe
