Draconic Evolution Tablet cannot download the required files. Issues with CraftTweaker2

Expected Behavior

Project Intelligence UI Draconic Evolution Tablet should download guides.

Current Behavior

Project Intelligence UI cannot download files from internet.

Possible Solution

Something with CraftTweaker2-1.12-4.1.20.673 is causing the issue

Steps to Reproduce

First Tested with a small pack and made sure that tablet worked with just the main mods and the tablet downloaded it fine.

Next step was adding mods from ATM3 into test pack a little at a time and when I added the CraftTweaker2-1.12-4.1.20.673 mod it stops working and gives the failed to download the manifest error.

So after seeing this mod affecting the tablet I went to go test it on the modpack and removed the mods that stopped the downloads from working in test pack

• MTLib-3.0.7

After removing these 4 mods because they were dependent on the CraftTweaker2 mod and when those mods were removed from the ATM3 pack the tablet worked normally

After finding out that these 4 mods were dependents I added the other 3 onto test pack to test again and it still gave the same failed to download the manifest error

Detailed Description

This error provides no logs that I know of or could find. When removing these mods it allows the tablet to download the required files but then you loose all the custom recipes. Not sure exactly what is causing the issue but something with the custom recipes is doing something.

Running Version 6.1.1 All the Mods 3 - ATM3 on the Curseforge launcher.
