Industrial Craft Lithium Dust not processable in mekanism energized smelter

Expected Behavior

Lithium Dust ought to be properly smelted in a mekanism energized smelter since JAOPCA adds compatibility for lithium with the rest of the mekanism ore processing.

Current Behavior

Lithium can be processed by any tier of mekanism ore processing up to the energized smelter, but lithium dust (industrialcraft) cannot be smelted by the energized smelter.

Possible Solution

Add recipe or tweak the ore dictionary to fix the compatibility issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Start any world
Place energized smelter from mekanism with any power source
Attempt to place industrialcraft lithium dust into energized smelter
Observe that it does not smelt

Should be an easy fix but to piggyback on this issue I'd also like to review and make sure there are no exploitable byproducts like being able to take "other" lithium that's easy to mine or make and turn into Mek lithium liquid

@OrdinatorStouff I'll take a look as well as I play through and try to come up with some creative methods, if I come back with any exploits I'll definitely let you know along with ways to perhaps block said exploits.

For the record, I have not yet found any exploits.
