C版本的demo，对vs版本有没有要求 #8

从这里 https://help.aliyun.com/document_detail/44866.html?spm=a2c4g.11186623.6.560.67b3672bnyEzG0 下载了C版本的sdk，然后在使用Imq-demo里面的C版本代码时，程序启动就报错！
用depends查看，发现运行时库需要vc140版本的，所以sdk是需要vs2015才可以使用？
