The electric press cannot be crafted due to engine lubricant canister problem.

The engine lubricant canister is glitched:

When putting an empty canister is a HBM tank or fluid transposer, it will not interact and will not get filled.
Its mislabeled as an empty canister even when full (take a look at JEI/creative menu), which may be related to the bug.
