I have to manually assign team members to issues created in the auro-library

Describe the solution you'd like

The autoAssign.yml workflow that triggers on issues created in all other Auro repos also triggers on issues created in auro-library. I believe all we need to do is add an on issue_creation trigger to the workflow.
