Update src code

General Support Request

After splitting up auro-dialog and auro-drawer into different components, there needs to be a refactor of the src code within each component as some is no longer necessary

Any code related to fixed should be removed too as this feature was removed from all elements with no longer supporting legacy environments or IE.

Possible Solution

Remove all unnecessary duplicate code and fix code errors

Additional context

This work stems from repo modernization where this component was split from auro-interruption. There is a lot of poorly written code or duplicate code that is no longer needed.
