Implement more precise furigana

I'm not sure how feasible this would be, but would it be possible to generate more precise furigana?
For example:

• 関[かん]連[れん] instead of 関連[かんれん]
• 指[し]揮[き]者[しゃ] instead of 指揮者[しきしゃ]
• 自[うぬ]惚[ぼ]れる instead of 自惚[うぬぼ]れる

It'd be a better representation of the readings of the kanji and more applicable to learners. An example would be jp-mining-note's kanji hover: https://aquafina-water-bottle.github.io/jp-mining-note/ui/#kanji-hover

I think this question was asked before. I don't think it's impossible. I'll do it once I finish rewriting the tatsumoto website.
