Description

we have redundant information regarding Topic and Schema promotion. The steps are currently replicated across multiple sections.

Todo

Split that in:
-> Concepts -> promotion (in general, if there's enough content for that)
-> How to -> schema promotion
-> How to -> topic promotion

Then let Harshini take over ✨ to make sure the content is complete, fitting, and makes sense.
