OVE does not see the RTSP broadcast

I am running the VLC laptop camera stream via RTSP, I need to convert it to WebRTC, but docker-container OME does not respond to the stream. At the same time, it responds to the RTMP stream via OBS

I couldn't find any examples of using Pull RTSP, my version Server.xml attached below. I would like you to point out some errors, or show an example of another implementation of RTSP translation

The problem went away when I started using the docker container version 0.12.7, but the following errors appeared:

Is it possible to specify OME not to process sound at all?

I haven't used VLC player as an RTSP server, so I don't know the details yet. However, in order for the current OME RTSP Client to operate properly, the RTSP server must send streams encoded with H.264 and/or AAC codecs and must also send RTCP SR. You must upload the full log file so I can accurately analyze the problem.
