Auto Update check at every execution by default: While the auto-update feature is a cool addition, I prefer it turned off by default. I know you support deactivating it through AGENTSTACK_UPDATE_DISABLE = 1, which is my current setup. However, I feel checking for updates at every execution is overkill, and I’d rather update manually to avoid potential breaking changes.

I think two things to pull from this:

[] Don't alert on update check unless there is an update to install
[] Check less frequently. Maybe once per day?

We really don't want people opting out unless they really want to
