Cultist bloodrites spell bloodbolt bounces off glass and potentially can hurt cultists

Reproduction:

Bloodbolt bouncing off glass

Get bloodbolt
Shoot at glass
Bolt bounces off glass and becomes a bouncy ball.

Bloodbolt hurting cultists

(it was tested only on catatonic cultists on local)
Shoot bloodbolt at cultist
cultist instead of getting 4u of unholy water into their bloodstream gets damaged for 20 or so damage instead

Some more testing was done, The Bloodbolt bouncing is actually intended but it works in strange way.
Bloodbolt hurts live cultists too so its probably fucked up somewhere
