Error page shown after Order Confirmation Page

Describe the bug
The user is redirected to the Checkout error page after staying for some time at the order confirmation page. Also, note that the issue is intermittent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a product to the cart and proceed to checkout
2. Complete the payment step
3. Stay on the Order confirmation page for some time and observe that the user is automatically redirected to the Checkout Error page.

Expected behavior
The user should not be redirected to the Checkout error Page after the Order confirmation page if the order has been successfully placed.
