The CPU background value increases drastically after a few series of Quit/application start actions

AdGuard for Android 4.6.4

Environment

Pixel 8, Android 15

How to reproduce

Prerequisites

• The mobile device was connected to the charger more than 2 hours ago
• The AdGuard application is installed but not yet launched

Steps

1. Launch AdGuard app
2. Go to Statistics tab -> Battery usage
3. Note the CPU background value
4. Close the AdGuard application via Quit option in Settings tab
5. Launch AdGuard again
6. Check the CPU background value on Battery usage screen

Expected behaviour

The CPU background value has increased slightly.

Actual behaviour

The CPU background value has doubled. Each restart adds ~ 11 minutes to CPU background value on my device.

Just to add a quick note here so that there was no misunderstanding: this is a glitch of how we calculate stats, not the actual usage.
