Get the colors of the interface elements in the extension to be consistent

AdGuard VPN Browser Extension version

2.2.15

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Browser: Chrome 124.0.6367.79

Issue Details

In Exclusions tab, the Actions word is grey. And the 3 texts (Remove all, etc.) in its drop-down menu looks very white than other texts. And in the Locations section, the update button color is different and a bit light green.

Actual Behavior

1. In Exclusions tab, the Actions word is grey. And the 3 texts (Remove all, etc.) in its drop-down menu look very white.
2. Update button color is a bit light green and different.

Expected Behavior

1. All texts color should be same color like white or white-little grey.
2. Also update button in Locations has a different color, a bit light green. It should be the same as the Ping color or other green colors (little darker green).
