Error when adding a custom filter by URL

Steps to reproduce:

1. Try to add custom filter
2. Get error saying "Unfortunately, your custom filter cannot be added due to an unexpected error."

Expected Behavior

I expected the filter to add normally

Actual Behavior

I got an error saying "Unfortunately, your custom filter cannot be added due to an unexpected error."
