Write a aw-watcher-rest which works for all REST APIs

I have an idea, but unfortunately, no time to implement it. Someone can write an aw-watcher-rest. It is basically an improved version of my aw-watcher-table. The only difference is that you can change the URL in the config. Then it would also work for other REST APIs.
