The original game has been "previously claimed by a copyright holder through a valid DMCA request and cannot be downloaded" in 2018. One of the targets of this project, is to swap out some of the free music sample from sample sites and some of the effects strongly resembles Capcom legacy Arcade sound effects, because the vanilla game had been targeted by DMCA as copyright infringement material for some unspeakable reasons the group/individual claimed the DMCA refused to show up and explain.
