Describe the bug

The mode change button on the web page does not display any hover effect, which may confuse users and diminish the user experience. Hover effects are important for providing feedback to users that an element is interactive.

Expected behavior

When hovering over the mode change button, there should be a visible hover effect to indicate that the button is interactive.
