Display the citation

Citation is an optional field on the event (like the description); however, it never appears on the published pages.

It should be shown on event pages -- perhaps in the white space at the bottom of the page? The citation should not be grouped with the page title, description, etc. (too much info in one place), but treated as a footnote. Information should be visible but not intrusive.
