Uploading dataset to study #123

When I create a new study I cannot upload my own dataset.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'create new study'
Go to step 3 'Select Tag Training'
See error 'No Datasets Available to this Project'

Expected behavior
An option to upload my own dataset.
