Initial compile in Visual Studio giving xml error

What happened?

When loading a specific script (I have a copy here), Visual studio is giving this error at startup. The script does compile without an error later and runs correctly, just throws on start. Line and position number also change occasionally.

Does not happen in VS Code, need to check on another computer in VS to see if its a VS problem, or a problem local to that machine.

What Operating System are you on?

Windows

I had no issues running this one in visual studio 2022. This may be a local issue.
