Cannot Get Program To Run - Varius Issues #7
Comments
Sorry for the experience, The Software need GPU Support OpenGL4.0 or greater on your PC. |
I second this problem, my Windows 10 is a virtual image running on Linux (no openGL possible). Doesn't matter how fast it would run without openGL, but not being able to run it does not help either. Alternative, provide a Linux native solution, pretty much appreciated! |
@kdupke , I have it running pretty well under Wine 5.0, Ubuntu 20.04.1. Wine 5 supports the version of OPEN-GL that it needs. Now if only I could get @ANYCUBIC-3D to respond to my other open issue on how to enable 4K resolutions. |

I have tried to install this program on three computers - all running different OS's with different hardware.
On one - a Windows 10 64-bit system - the program just crashes and says that it can't be run.
On two - a Windows 7 and a Windows Vista (both 64-bit) system - I was getting an error telling me that "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing". Upon research, I found that that was an issue with C++ 2015. I tried re-installing that using the executable in the program directory, but continued to get that same error. Finally, I removed C++ 2015 and re-installed it from a stand-alone that I download from Microsoft. That fixed that issue on one of the two systems, but not the other.
On the one that it did fix - the Vista system - I am now getting a different error, one that I cannot figure out - "This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized."
This is my first resin printer. I have never had these issues with the FDM slicers and I am losing patience with this machine quickly. Any help on getting this software running?
