Frontend login fails

Hello

Thank you for the great enabler tool!

I felt like trying it locally.
I setup the back end and the front end using the instructions at [this URL](https://github.com/AI4Bharat/Chitralekha-Frontend) and this URL.
I get the first page but upon entering user name and password, I get user not found error.

Even after re-running the createsuperuser script, the login fails.

There seems some mismatch in the instructions on this page.
I also could locate the models.

Can you kindly update the deployment steps?

A simple workaround is to add following line to .env file:

REACT_APP_APIGW_BASE_URL=http://127.0.0.1:8000

and restart front-end.
