I am working with curves on .SPM format and can't use pyjibe on it, is there a package that I am not aware of ?
Also, converting them on .csv does not work
Hello, I currently do not have time to work on afmformats. Please let me know if you manage to find a Python package that can load .SPM files. It might be worth integrating it into afmformats. Otherwise, if you can (or know someone who can) write a reader for .SPM files, I would be happy to accept pull requests 😄
The file format seems to be mixed text-metadata and binary-data. Writing a reader would require knowledge of the binary parts.
Hi,
Unfortunatly not, I left it on the side for now sorry
I Hope you'll find a way with yours ! Good uck !
