Logic refactoring

URL Compatibility: Handling characters like ? and ().
Using breakpoints for mobile design: Previously, user-agent detection was used.

Style modification

Adjust the styles of the top navigation and footer.
Adjust the styles of cards.
Modify the font size and font family of the top navigation.
Ensure proportional scaling of images.
Improve the readability of the documentation.
