constraints in receding horizon produce unexpected results #8

a constraint fed to IPOPT produces different results in the following:

  1. exists only on the node n
  2. exists on every node but is only bounded on the node n

Intuitively, this should produce the same exact result, since a wise solver should just remove the constraints where they are not bounded.
