Releases are missing java files #168

It seems like recent installers such as PXXX-VortexOpenSplice-6.9.190925OSS-HDE-x86_64.linux-gcc4.8.5-glibc2.17-installer.tar don't have some of the java files that used to be included such as dcpssaj.jar.

These files were included in the 6.7 installer.

Would it be possible to re-build the installers to include these?

@chrisw957 they should be included in a new release see https://github.com/ADLINK-IST/opensplice/releases/tag/OSPL_V6_9_210323OSS_RELEASE
