At the annual meeting, we agreed to revise the current Representation System into a smaller and more manageable list of types. I'm attaching a draft proposal for the Numeric Types going forward.

Agreement in 7 June 2023 meeting that data will be expressed in SI Units and unit abbreviations will be in ADAPT's UOM system. Further agreement that numeric data will not be factored; floating point numbers will be represented in scientific notation when rendered in json/text.

Rerouting for confirmation that upon moving away from required SI base units, we no longer expect scientific notation.
