The component hierarchy within ContextItemDefinition is complex. Without a complete example with a real-word entity fully-modelled, we cannot expect consistent use of these components.

The paper we published back in 2016 have example ContextItemDefinitions encoded for different value types.

Reverting this back to discussion for consideration of additional guidelines to standardize the use of context items in ADAPT. E.g., when to use context items, when to avoid them, whether we want to formalize even further.
