Linked to #44 but purely from a technical point of view, listing commands and tools, potential issues etc when moving data between different systems.

I've started collecting information on this, but I'm not sure how to organise it.
Do we want to cover different platform separately, i.e. transferring file at NCI, Pawsey etc
Or do we want to covert eh tools? i.e.e scp sftp etc
I the first, we should be able to reference bits and pieces of documentation, but maybe putting it into context, and adding what is missing. the second option might need more work

Globus may also be an option.
Also rclone for getting data in and out of S3 based storage like Pawsey Acacia
