Inputs

Hi. This may be obvious to others but I'm new to this. You say "Specific "favourite" inputs can be added manually or all available inputs reported by the AVR will be set." I installed the plugin but all I get is the direct button and the volume fan. I am not getting an input selection icon. Assuming that I read this right to mean that an input selection icon should have popped up how do I:

1. Get the input selector.
2. Manually add my favorite inputs.
