Improve explicity of the pull request template #215

Currently, the pull request template just includes the following:

Library title
Library description
Library link
Checkbox to confirm that 2 spaces are added

Nicer to add:

Options to pick the genre of contribution such as library rebranding, update, deletion, etc.
Checkbox to confirm that the library is uniquely for KMP

I will be working on this issue.
