Bug: Acme: Cutting '|' (vertical bar) in the tag cuts the whole tag to the right

Expected behavior

I expect nothing to happen. This is consistent with the action of cutting "Del" or "Snarf" to the left of the vertical bar. Expecting the same for the vertical bar itself seems natural.

Unexpected behavior

Cutting the vertical bar leads to losing the whole tag to the right of the vertical bar.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open a new window with non-empty name in the tag. Add some text to the end of the tag. Find "| Look" and cut the vertical bar. The added text must be gone by now.
