Enable/Disable Button titles and add title to favourites button

As an advanced user, I might know what the client's symbols ("Star" for favourites, "gear" for setting, ...), but as a new user I need to have the title as an explanation. Therefore the favorites button should actually have a title "Favourites".

In the settings, a user can choose to hide the texts on the buttons.

Do you think this is a useful feature?
