Feature Description

I propose adding an Advanced Search and Filter Functionality to the DecenTrade marketplace. This would help users find digital assets more easily based on criteria like asset type, price range, and creation date.

Use Case

This feature would enhance user experience by allowing users to efficiently narrow down their searches. For example, users could find NFTs within a specific price range, making it easier to locate what they want.

Benefits

-Faster Access: Users can find desired assets more quickly.
-Better Competition: Improved usability can lead to higher user engagement and retention.
-Increased Exploration: Encourages users to discover more assets, potentially boosting sales for creators.

I’ll first look into the existing NFT display bug and fix it.

I’ll try to decide on the filters to add (like asset type, price range, and creation date)
I’ll try to create a simple interface where users can select filters like dropdowns,
I’ll try to update the backend to filter NFTs based on the selected basis,.
I’ll try to test the feature to make sure it works or not,

and finally I’ll update the documentation with details on how the new feature works.
