Autoscroll not working

Seems like the autoscrolling feature that scrolls the chatbox to the most recent message is not working for people that have integrated the component.

Hey @oed 3⃣ , I have integrated the chatbox plugin but every time the chat box opened it start from the first message in the group, is there a method to start from the latest message

do you mean that the messages are out of order? Or do you just want less messages to be synced?

no I want the chat to be scrolled to latest message when all the message got synced
