Waiting on #12. Then:

Create dHGSim Dialog component:

It should be a fullscreen popup, in fact, so it covers the entire website.

Don't forget to include a Close button.
Make dRHGSim Dialog appear when HG button is pressed.
Make dRHGSim Dialog disappear when Close button is pressed.
