v1.10.20-lts

请描述您的需求或者改进建议

例如开机运行xx脚本
检测 /opt/xxx程序停止运行则执行xxx脚本
检测 xxx端口不存在则执行 xxx脚本

主要目的是想运行xxx程序增加开机启动以及docker挂掉后可以自动重启docker

请描述你建议的实现方案

最好是脱离docker 或者脱离1panel也能执行
比如 1panel停止运行了则执行xxxx.sh脚本把1panel再启动起来
