Update Mechanism

Do we have a mechanism to alert users about when updates are made? I recently found out that I was running a pretty old version of snapshots.

@tlovett1 any thoughts on Tim's question about update alerting? Is this something we should look to add or is it covered somewhere?

Not exactly sure how this would play out. Most people are also running this through WP Local Docker V2, so it would likely happen there.

@tlovett1 if there is a way to show that a new version of WP Snapshots is available from within WP Snapshots itself, that would be nice, since all we do in WP Local Docker is proxy commands to wp snapshots in the container. Any output you generate would still show up there.
