Since we are just modifying a .tmb, select Fell Cleave End as both "Loaded TMB" and "TMB Being Replaced".

Next, go through all of the actors and tracks looking for the animation. Here, it's in Actor 0 > Track 8 > Animation (C010).

Change the "Time" field to something larger (such as 10) to make the animation trigger a bit later. Then, click "UPDATE" and test the result.
