Even if control plane proxy is up and running , service discovery returns error as "Server not available"

I am running the control plane range query recipe shows some write failures as with server not available error, even if proxy is up and running and cluster is in good state.
And proxy doesn't have any write errors as well.
That means key was never sent to the proxy for write operation.
NCPC is wronly declaring proxy as dead.
